Custodian Job Posting
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain restrooms, including sanitizing sinks, toilets, and replenishing supplies.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in all areas, including offices, hallways, and common spaces.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners in open areas, break rooms, and offices.
- Dust all surfaces, including desks, shelves, and fixtures.
- Clean and sanitize break rooms and kitchen areas, including wiping down tables, counters, and appliances.
- Wash windows, glass doors, and mirrors as needed.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and notify management of any repairs needed.
- Order and restock cleaning supplies as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
