We are seeking a Team Lead to join our team within our Sales Department! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product, service information, and resolving any order issues as well as developing sales strategies, and ensuring that sales goals are met within your team. You will also provide guidance and support to sales representatives, and work with management to improve sales performance.

Responsibilities
- Customer Support:
- Provide quotes and product information to customers, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
- Process customer orders and answer questions that arise during the process.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns.
- Accurately document and update customer records based on all interactions within our CRM system.
- Sales Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead and facilitate regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and introduce effective sales techniques.
- Review and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of success.
- Collaborate with management to develop and refine sales strategies and processes.
- Team Guidance & Development:
- Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Sales Representatives, fostering their professional growth and skill development.
- Conduct regular shadowing sessions and performance reviews to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Evaluate individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying training needs.
- Build strong relationships with team members, fostering a positive, collaborative, and motivated work environment.
- Proactively address team needs and concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales principles.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, proactive, and professional demeanor with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide others.
- Previous managerial experience is highly desirable.
- Leadership & Team Development: Proven ability to effectively lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team to achieve their full potential and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and effective information flow within the team and with other departments. Demonstrated ability to facilitate conflict resolution and foster strong interdepartmental relationships.
- Quality Focus & Organization: A strong commitment to upholding quality standards in all sales activities, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks, information, and customer records effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort and efficiency in utilizing computer systems (including CRM software), accurate typing skills, and professional telephone etiquette.
