This position contributes to our vision by: ? Ensure manufacturing processes meet AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR, and DoD requirements. ? Oversee process validation, first article inspections (FAI per AS9102), and final product inspections to ensure compliance. ? Implement and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and improve manufacturing quality. ? Second Line ? Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture; ? Develop and enforce manufacturing process controls to minimize defects and scrap. ? Ensure inspections, and dimensional analysis are performed accurately. ? Work closely with production teams to implement Quality Control Plans (QCPs). ? Ensure compliance with DoD contracts, MIL-STD (Military Standards), ITAR, DFARS, and FAA requirements.
