Safran Nacelles has an ambitious business development plan in the field of services in the Americas region with a strong growth of the A320NEO LEAP 1A fleet, a large A330CEO, A330NEO, Embraer 170 / 175 fleet and a very large quantity of business jet aircrafts.

In this context, we are looking for a Regional Sales Director Americas to develop and ensure a good business relationship with Airlines / MRO customers in this region as well as key partners in the business jet sector. The combined objectives include good commercial execution of current contracts, settlement of commercial topics, and development of aftermarket revenues according to the commercial strategy and objectives, including the sale of Services contracts.
Responsibilities :
- Defines and understands customer needs and transcribes them internally.
- Acts as the company's interface with the customer on commercial matters in connection with the execution of sales / services or contract negotiations.
- Works in close cooperation with the regional support team.
- Negotiates contractual and commercial terms with the customer.
- Defines contract and Airlines / MRO sales forecasts for the Americas region.
- Ensures that all product deliveries and / or performed services are invoiced.
- Establishes the services sales prices when escalation is applied.
- Plays a major role in the collection of invoices issued.
The Regional Sales Director Americas will also manage a Sales Manager USA, providing all the necessary support to ensure the ongoing development of the individual's skills. He / she will maintain overall responsibility for the progress of the individual's activities, ensuring that they meet the intended deadlines and objectives set.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree with more than 10 years of experience. This position requires a profile with strong interpersonal skills and experience in the Americas. A very good communicator, familiar with customer relationships, especially in the world of airlines and MROs. A technical background and rapid adaptation to the product (Nacelles) is expected, along with demonstrated experience in the sale of Services. Team player and leader with prior experience in managing a small sales team in a multi-cultural environment is preferred. Persuasiveness and negotiation skills are essential for this position. A very good level in English is mandatory; French and Spanish are a plus.
