What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Client Coordinator position at AEROCOR LLC?
AEROCOR is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our fast paced, customer focused, sales organization. AEROCOR is a global leader in light turbine aircraft sales and flight training. We are looking for the right talent to help us grow our business. This role reports directly to the Manager of Client Services and is designed to assist with post aircraft sale activities, training student intake, and creation of company product collateral as is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all post sale aircraft owner support (providing new owner orientations, setting up all applicable aircraft subscriptions, sending post sale gifts, adding them to appropriate mailing lists, etc.)
- Assist with aircraft sales and training marketing materials (Collect and organize aviation product information for creation of company collateral and resources).
- Assist with development of new company organization and operations systems
- Support aircraft training manager with client onboarding as necessary (gathering documentation, assisting with logistics coordination, etc.)
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Well organized with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Self-motivated and accountable for the outcome of all projects
- Team player, personable, articulate with strong interpersonal skills and have a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written with proper grammar/spelling and the ability to draft correspondences with limited instruction
- Detail oriented
- Ability to educate oneself on various aviation products, services, and regulations as necessary
- Must be passionate about aviation, and customer service
- Prefer a 4 year degree with solid academics scores (business, communications, or aviation related degrees strongly preferred)
- 2 years of sales support experience preferred
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Suite
Preferred Knowledge & Experience
- General business and aviation industry knowledge
- Proficiency in remote collaboration is preferred.
Compensation
Dependent on experience and qualifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
