We specialize in aerospace engineering and repair of hydraulic, fuel and ECS related components for the military and commercial aircraft. We reverse engineer legacy aircraft parts for military and commercial aircraft when no other sources are available as well as develop repairs that do not exist along side our everyday repairs and overhauls.

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales and Marketing Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads through various marketing and sales strategies. This role combines sales tactics with marketing activities to build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring that the sales team has a steady flow of opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, inbound inquiries, and outreach efforts.
• Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective clients to introduce products or services, understand their needs, and qualify them as potential sales opportunities.
• Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture them through the sales pipeline, providing information, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, interactions, and opportunities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by setting appointments, preparing proposals, and supporting closing efforts.
• Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to track progress, identify trends, and adjust strategies as needed.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that supports sales efforts, including emails, brochures, social media posts, and website content.
• Campaign Execution: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement lead nurturing campaigns to engage potential customers through targeted communications.
• Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of webinars, trade shows, and other marketing events.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role,
• Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
