Quality Manager
AeroCore X is an aerospace engineering services and repair company built on the core values of honesty and hard work in a family environment located in Del City, Oklahoma. We specialize in aerospace engineering and repair of hydraulic, fuel and ECS related components for the military and commercial aircraft. We reverse engineer legacy aircraft parts for military and commercial aircraft when no other sources are available as well as develop repairs that do not exist along side our everyday repairs and overhauls.

We are looking for a detail-oriented quality inspector for part time to full time duties. The right candidate is able to work in groups or alone with little supervision. Must have be able to read and interpret technical manuals. Performing other tasks as assigned while demonstrating proficiency, accuracy and attention to detail.
Your job responsibilities will include:
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming and outgoing parts to determine serviceability or reparability in accordance with approved technical data
- Ensure all work is done correctly to the technical manuals
- Manage AS 9100 quality programs
- Manage all calibration of test equipment
- Generate and sign all return to service documents
- Maintain FAA manuals, policies, and manage all audits
- Ensure quality standards are upheld
- Perform incoming inspections
- Read and interpret repair manuals
- Conduct process improvement events and implement best practices
- Maintains proper documentation of all work activities and maintains a clean and organized work station.
- Observes Company safety rules, regulations and consistently practices good housekeeping. Reports or corrects and unsafe condition and practices.
- Communicates effectively with supervisors, peers and others.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers
- Ability to conduct thorough quality inspections and audits
- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
