We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Assistant with Epicor ERP experience to support daily and monthly financial operations within our Aerospace Manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will assist in financial reporting, accounts payable / receivable, reconciliations, and other essential accounting functions to ensure smooth financial processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Utilize Epicor ERP for financial data entry, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports , ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Address finance-related inquiries and support audits as needed.
