The Job :

As a Sr. Quality Engineer, you'll be part of our Industrial team working as an onsite employee. You'll get to :

• Maintaining the AS9100 Quality Management System and supporting of customer, AS9100, and NADCAP audits
• Conducting internal audits and identifying areas for improvement.
• Understanding customer demands and expectations of products and services
• Develops training documentation for specific processes in compliance with customer and quality requirements.
• Participating in design reviews, risk management, continuous improvement, approval of routers for new products, contract review, and PPAP activities.
• Creating and enforcing quality standards, procedures, and policies.
• Working closely with all departments / functions to develop procedures / work instructions for new processes, identify improvement and training needs, and develop performance goals.
• Communicates significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provides recommended process improvements to management.
• Manage Root Cause & Corrective Action process for external and internal customer complaints.
• Interface and assist with supply chain development and initiatives; evaluate supplier performance; maintain suppliers qualifications up to date.
