Your Primary Responsibilities
We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative. An Outside Sales Rep is typically responsible for:
- Making effective sales calls on various health care professional and facilities within assigned territory
- Making effective sales presentations
- Establishing, building, and maintaining relationships
- Developing a regular call cycle with key decision-makers
- Establishes a sales plan that encompasses all referral sources for the entire service area
- Conducts, participates in and attends educational meetings, seminars, and health fairs (or similar community activities) for referral sources, healthcare workers and the community at large
- Maintains records of sales calls and follow-up made in CRM.
- Supports the organization by being loyal and informing management of areas of concern and problems to be resolved
- Participates in activities as requested by upper management
- Communicates to individual Managers, calendar, sales calls, and needed marketing funds
- Is aware of third party reimbursement requirements, equipment and services offered and necessary documentation
- Maintains proper documentation for expenses and requested reimbursement on a bi-monthly basis
- Adheres to company policies regarding compliance and confidentiality
- Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by management
- Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
- Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance.
- Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality

- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Essential job duties and physical demands include and are not limited to:
In an average 8-hour day the employee stands/walks 6-8 hours
In an average 8-hour day the employee drives 2-3 hours
The employee lifts/carries up to 30 lbs. maximum
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years outside sales and account management experience required with a strong preference for medical sales
- Track record of sales growth and quota attainment
- Ability to multitask is a must
- Good computer skills (proficient with email, internet, excel, etc.)
- Must be self-motivated, you will be remotely based (and will be given independence to schedule your day)

What we look for
The Sales Representative will work closely with the National Sales Manager (Diabetes) to effectively promote Diabetes products and services to appropriate referral sources. Responsibilities also include: Identifying new markets while maintaining good relationships with current referral sources.

Compensation: 1st year potential around $85000 , 2nd year potential around $100,000 - $120,000
