Your Primary Responsibilities
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of support for our Aeroflow Nutrition patients, ensuring they receive the best possible service and care. Your day will be filled with meaningful interactions, as you:
- Answer and return phone calls to confirm customer information and product needs related to nutritional supplements and dietary plans.
- Verify insurance documentation and ensure compliance with payer requirements.
- Provide guidance on reimbursement procedures and maintain patient accounts.
- Answer questions about nutrition products, dietary recommendations, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Assist with onboarding new patients based on direct leads, helping them understand their nutritional plans and product usage.
- Stay organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Experience with insurance, especially Medicare.
- Background in the healthcare sector.
- Personal knowledge or experience with nutrition and dietary planning.
