The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Business Analyst with a specialized focus on healthcare finance who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and storytelling. Your Primary Responsibilities

• Support Business Growth: Use financial modeling to evaluate new business opportunities, support strategic initiatives, and identify areas for operational and financial improvement.
• Dive into Data: Perform data discovery and analysis to uncover insights that influence key business decisions.
• Be the ROI Whisperer: Develop models to assess the financial impact of new projects and guide investment decisions.
• Simplify the Complex: Write clear, well-structured business requirements and documentation that translate technical and financial concepts into meaningful insights.
• Project Mastermind: Support the implementation of new initiatives by tracking tasks, managing follow-ups, and reporting progress.
• Visual Storytelling: Design reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate performance metrics, trends, and opportunities in an engaging and actionable way.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with cross-functional teams, product owners, and leadership to align on roadmaps, prioritize features, and brainstorm innovative solutions.
• Strategic Solutions: Analyze data to identify key drivers and provide recommendations to improve healthcare delivery and financial outcomes.

Skills for Success

• Tech Skills: Proficiency in SQL, with experience in visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI and Google Suite.
• Financial Expertise: Advanced understanding of financial modeling, scenario planning, and financial statements.
• Communication Proficiency: Strong ability to transform complex data into stories that resonate with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Prowess: Proven ability to uncover data-driven solutions, even in high-stakes situations.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, financial modeling, or healthcare finance, with a proven track record of using financial models to drive strategic decisions and measure ROI.
• Healthcare Knowledge: Extensive experience within the healthcare industry, including familiarity with key healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, CMS) and the financial frameworks that underpin healthcare operations.
