Your Primary Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join the Payor Relations team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for:
- Implement strategic sales plans developed by senior management to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Identify new market opportunities and contribute to action plans to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Understand customer needs, address concerns, and provide effective solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to forecast future sales trends and opportunities. Provide regular and accurate sales reports to the senior sales manager, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Attend regular sales training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development to improve overall sales effectiveness.
- Follow and refine the established sales process to maximize efficiency and productivity. Implement best practices and sales methodologies to streamline operations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Use market insights to identify competitive advantages and position the company's products/services effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales presentations, pitches, and sales collateral. Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique selling points of the company's offerings.
- Assist in negotiations with clients and close sales deals. Ensure contract compliance and support the negotiation process to secure favorable agreements for the company.
- Participate in performance metrics and evaluation systems to assess individual sales performance. Receive constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects and opportunities. Prioritize leads and opportunities for optimal conversion rates.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and potential product enhancements. Stay updated on market trends and customers’ needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives and foster a customer-centric approach.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards. Uphold the company's reputation and integrity in all interactions with customers and partners.
- Maintain knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance. Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field, business, marketing, or a related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required.
- A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in sales, with a demonstrable record of achieving or surpassing sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of the Durable Medical Equipment Industry and its related products/services is preferred, but exceptional candidates from diverse backgrounds will also be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, present compelling sales pitches, and negotiate effectively.
- Natural ability to establish rapport and trust with clients, with a focus on maintaining long-term relationships.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude in response to changing market conditions and customer demands.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client challenges and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborative spirit, willing to support team members and contribute to a cohesive and successful sales team.
