Aeroflow Breastpumps, a division of Aeroflow Health, is a leader in providing mothers with the best maternity and postpartum products & education through insurance. Our mission is to improve pregnancy, breastfeeding and postpartum health outcomes by making it easy to access the very best medical equipment and support through insurance. We are seeking a SEO Manager to take ownership of our organic search strategy and drive growth across key verticals, including Breast Pumps, Nutrition, Lactation & Breastfeeding Classes, Milk Storage Bags, Breast Pump Supplies, Pregnancy Support & Postpartum Recovery products. This role is an opportunity to lead SEO efforts that directly impact how mothers find and access essential healthcare products and educational resources through insurance.
Your Opportunity to Lead SEO Growth
As the SEO Manager, you will develop and execute strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search visibility, and enhance site performance. You will collaborate with content, UX, development, and product teams to ensure SEO is at the core of all digital initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, this role requires a data-driven and technically proficient SEO leader who can balance long-term strategic planning with hands-on execution. This position will play a pivotal role in scaling SEO-driven revenue and ensuring Aeroflow Breastpumps remains a trusted resource for new and expecting mothers.
Primary Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic traffic growth and lead conversion across core product categories, including:
- Breast Pumps Through Insurance
- Breastfeeding Classes & Lactation Support
- Nutrition Education
- Pumping Accessories & Milk Storage Bags
- Pregnancy Support & Postpartum Recovery Products
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site architecture, indexing, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals.
- Optimize existing and new content to align with SEO best practices, search intent, and industry trends.
- Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Work with content teams to develop and optimize high-impact landing pages, blog content, and product detail pages.
- Develop and execute a link-building strategy to enhance domain authority, improve rankings, and drive referral traffic through high-quality backlinks, partnerships, and digital PR efforts.
- Stay ahead of search algorithm updates, AI-driven search trends, and emerging SEO technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Performance Tracking & Data Analysis
- Monitor and report on organic performance KPIs, including traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance experiments to improve content visibility and user engagement.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs (or SEMrush), and Looker Studio to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
- Provide regular insights and reports to leadership, outlining key opportunities and challenges in SEO performance.
Technical SEO & Site Optimization
- Collaborate with UX and development teams to improve site speed, mobile usability, and structured data implementation.
- Manage technical aspects of SEO, including schema markup, hreflang tags, canonical tags, and site migrations.
- Ensure website architecture is optimized for search engine crawlability and user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with brand marketing, product, and performance team members to integrate SEO best practices into all digital initiatives.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to align SEO and paid search strategies, ensuring cohesive search intent targeting.
- Act as the SEO subject matter expert, providing education and training to internal teams on SEO best practices, strategy growth and project ownership.

Required Qualifications
- 6 years of SEO experience, with a proven track record of driving organic growth and revenue.
- Expertise in technical SEO, keyword research, content strategy, and analytics.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs (or SEMrush), Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of structured data, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Magento is a plus).
- Experience working in e-commerce SEO, healthcare SEO, or DME (durable medical equipment) SEO is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable strategies for stakeholders.
