Aeroflow Health – Urology Supervisor
The shift for this position is Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST
This is a hybrid position with the first 60 days being fully in office in Asheville – after the initial 60 days it will move to a fully remote format with occasional instances to come onsite to the corporate headquarters in Asheville.

The Opportunity
Within Aeroflow, the Urology team is comprised of many different roles, with all one purpose – to provide great customer service to our new and current patients.
The supervisor plays a critical leadership role by managing a team of continence care representatives, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient day-to-day operations. This position serves as both a decision-maker and support system for their team, handling procedural questions, resolving issues, and maintaining departmental standards and policies. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as the supervisor will need to respond to evolving departmental needs as outlined by upper management.
Your Primary Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Urology Supervisor. The Urology Supervisor is typically responsible for:
Daily Tasks:
- Complete daily phone report.
- Ensure team members complete their non-negotiable tasks from the previous day; address any missed items with accountability measures.
- Be available for real-time support including supervisor calls, procedural questions, and issue resolution.
- Audit logs of new employees to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Complete and submit timecards for all direct reports accurately and on time.
Weekly Tasks:
- Monitor and assist any team members who are falling behind in performance or responsibilities.
- Conduct 2–3 hours of employee audits per week to ensure quality and adherence to protocols.
- Review and follow up on team-related processes
Monthly Tasks:
- Contribute to meeting Urology sales goals as well as team-specific performance metrics
- Participate in ongoing training sessions led by the Vice President, Sales Manager, and/or Operations Manager. Topics may include new systems, product updates, and strategies for team development.
- Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
- Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance
- Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality
- Other job duties assigned

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering positive customer experiences. Ability to thrive a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
