The Opportunity
This Customer Service Representative role involves assisting customers with their sleep apnea therapy needs, ensuring they receive the best products and support for successful and restful sleep. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, compassionate, and detail-oriented.
Your Primary Responsibilities
The primary objective of the CPAPsupplies team is to provide patients with high quality customer support, while guiding them through the process of getting the best ecommerce shopping experience for their medical supplies. Some of the primary responsibilities are (but not limited to) :
- Provide support to sleep apnea customers and website shoppers via phone and email support
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding order status, shipping, product availability, website assistance, troubleshooting, and more
- Resolve issues related to shipping, returns, and product exchanges with efficiency and empathy
- Learn and utilize internal customer relationship management processing systems
- Track and understand products and services provided by CPAPsupplies.com
- Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
- Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance
- Maintain HIPAA / patient confidentiality
- Other job duties assigned
