1.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
AeroGuard Flight Training Center, a pilot training school with headquarters in Phoenix, AZ, and three locations across the U.S. seeks an International Client Services Specialist to oversee and support all aspects of the AeroGuard Flight Training program offered in partnership with airlines and universities located outside the U.S.
This position will be responsible for providing oversight and support to AeroGuard partner airlines and universities, and their students, and work internally with Student Support, Immigration, Transportation and Housing Teams. The position will also work closely with the Flight Operations team who will coordinate the flight training itself, to develop and grow successful programs.
This position will report to the Chief Marketing officer and will focus on the following key initiatives.
- Student Planning & Coordination
- Manage classes and student starts timelines working with the airline/university
- Coordinate starts with Immigration Team, ensuring all students are issued correct and accurate visas on timeline.
- Coordinate with Finance Team for invoicing and student requirements and costs.
- Coordinate with Housing Team, planning move in/out dates, requirements, and sufficient accommodation is provided.
- Coordinate with Transportation Team for student transport needs to campus and when starting/leaving AeroGuard.
- Present to incoming students explaining AeroGuard's flight training within the partner program to ensure smooth enrollment and transfer to the U.S.
- Collect student feedback to continually improve the program and customer experience.
- Strategic Planning & Program Development
- Build positive relationships with clients, understanding their program, needs and helping deliver success.
- Work with partners to plan student volume and develop future forecasting and measure actual results.
- Collect client feedback to continually improve the program and customer experience.
- Student Support
- Provide excellent client and customer support to students within the program.
- Support Student Services team to help students through all non-flight related issues, minimizing attrition within the training programs.
- Support Student onboarding, ensuring a smooth process and positive start to a student's time with AeroGuard.
- Maintain accurate data on student groups and overall state of the program
- Business Development
- Support additional business development and presentations as necessary.

- REQUIREMENTS
- EDUCATION
- High School diploma or equivalent is required; two-year or four-year college degree preferred
- EXPERIENCE
- Three (3) years of project management or client support.
- Aviation experience preferred
- SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must possess excellent customer service, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a team player, possess a strong work ethic and be able to coordinate multiple tasks while meeting required deadlines.
- Must be capable of working independently.
- Must possess strong time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.

- KNOWLEDGE
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strategic Planning & Sales experience preferred.
- EQUIPMENT/MACHINERY USED
- Computers and computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
- General office equipment such as facsimile, copier, laminating machine, etc.
3.0 PHYSICAL AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
- Will be working primarily inside the facility.
- May have limited exposure to aircraft, simulators and equipment.
- May require prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
