Accounting Operations

AERON Advanced Manufacturing, LLC, a plastics assembly and fragrance injection company located in Mason City, IA, is looking for a motivated individual to fill an accounting position. This position will be working on-site as well as remotely with other finance team members. Employee may be eligible for annual and quarterly bonuses that can exceed 20% of the base salary by year two. The position will report to the Corporate Accounting Manager.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in accounting in a manufacturing environment and have the following qualifications:

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years accounting experience.
• Experience with inventory and fixed assets.
• Experience with Business Central ERP systems or other accounting software.
• Strong MS EXCEL skills.
• Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Teams to connect to teammates remotely.
• Ability to self-manage time and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Accounting month-end close schedules
• Maintain inventory, including ordering components, doing physical inventory counts, receiving in the ERP system, production tracking and building BOMs.
• Maintain Fixed Asset listing in ERP system
• Assist with financial statement audits.
• Handle invoices, bill of ladings, pack lists and purchase orders for corporate office
• Light Accounts Payable work, including vendor applications and ordering supplies.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
