We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. Duties:
- Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Utilize various measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to accurately measure dimensions and tolerances
- Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or abnormalities in products
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends or patterns that may indicate potential quality issues
- Conduct quality audits to assess adherence to quality systems and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any quality concerns or non-conformities
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of all quality control activities
- Stay updated on industry regulations, including FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines, to ensure compliance
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Quality Control Inspector or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Proficient in using measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or abnormalities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze data effectively
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines is preferred
