What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at AeroRepair Corp?
Summary : Responsible for answering phones, invoicing, assisting customer requests, and creating work orders by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Answer phone and direct calls as necessary, greets customers, file completed work order packets, set up conference call/zoom meetings.
2. Checks to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer’s problems and concerns.*
3. Keeps records of customer interactions or transactions and records details of inquiries, complaints, comments, or actions taken.*
4. Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation.*
5. Recommends improvements in products, packaging, shipping, services, billing methods, and procedures to prevent further issues.*
6. Provides notifications to customers.*
7. Refers customers to appropriate personnel.*
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
