The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in operations management and a strong understanding of the aircraft maintenance industry.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate activities of departments concerned with production, sales, and distribution of products.
- Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
- Work with quality procedures and manuals to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Review sales, operational metrics, and activity reports to measure productivity and goal achievement.
- Manage personnel and provide leadership to achieve operational goals.
Requirements:
- FAA Airframe and Power Plant License.
- Certified under FAA Part 65.
- Knowledge of a general technical field such as engineering, contracts administration, or program management.
- Fluent verbal and written English skills.
- Proficient in the use of computers and MS Office products.
