Job Summary
Aeroscape is seeking a Dynamic Outbound Salesman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible to develop relationships with clients and drive sales growth, meet and exceed sales targets for both residential and commercial Landscaping. Present products and services along with manage customer accounts, and showcasing skills in negotiation, communication and problem solving.
Duties- Salesman will be responsible to identify and qualify new sales leads through phone calls, networking and referrals. Must maintain a pipeline of qualified leads. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers both new and existing. Negotiate contracts and prices with customers and close deals and secure new business.
*A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
*5 years sales experience (landscape and construction sales a plus but not required)
*Computer skills including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
*Excellent Communication skills and ability to engage and build long lasing relationships with customers.
*Self-Motivated, organized and able to multitask
*Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*Strong negotiation and closing skills
*Problem solving skills/decision making skills
*Strong attention to detail
