Summary / Objective
The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for ensuring the proper function and maintenance of company networks and computer systems. He / she will assign and maintain user access per security protocols and company procedure, install and maintain software, respond to employee concerns relating to IT, troubleshoot IT issues, and write policy documents and training materials for employees. He / she will also manage servers, network equipment, and other related IT infrastructure.

- Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, emails, and websites.
- Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Respond promptly to technical support requests and resolve issues efficiently.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibility but must work collaboratively with others in a team environment to be successful.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
This job operates in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This role may routinely use and / or be exposed to equipment used in the composites manufacturing process, cutting devices, hand tools, computers, handheld scanners, etc. Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for up to 10 hours per day. Must be able to occasionally lift to 50 lbs.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during day shift hours. Evening and weekend overtime work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Limited travel up to 10% may be required for various training activities.
