Position Summary:

We are seeking a Technician Apprentice to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the testing, repair, and overhaul of aircraft fuel accessories. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills under the guidance of experienced professionals in an FAA-certified aviation repair station.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, inspect, test, disassemble, and reassemble fuel accessories and components.
• Assist in quoting repair work based on inspection findings.
• Learn to use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and torque wrenches.
• Follow detailed technical instructions from FAA, OEM, and company-approved maintenance documents.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety and quality procedures.
• Support final testing to ensure all components meet performance standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic experience using hand tools and precision measuring instruments is a plus.
• Ability to follow written procedures and technical instructions.
• Aviation education or training is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a hands-on environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
