What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate position at Aerospace Lubricants Inc?
Hours of Work for this position will be one of the following:
- Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with one Saturday per month required.
- Monday to Friday 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM with one Saturday per month required.
Job Summary:
The Production Associate takes an active part in production of grease and other lubricant products by following a written set of instructions and once product is approved, pumps it into the assigned packaging container in a quality and safe manner.

- Follow the assigned schedule and tasks as set by the Production Lead / Assistant Lead at the start of the shift.
- Ensure that all assigned work is being done in a quality manner.
- Ensure that all assigned work is being done in a safe manner without bypassing any safety protocols.
- Participate in the training program and successfully complete all assigned training throughout the year.
- Follow and abide by all of company’s set policies and procedures with utmost discipline.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and end of shift.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Senior Leadership if it is safe, ethical and falls within the profile of production related duties.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude during the work hours. Should be able to bring any concern or issue in front of lead / supervisor in a constructive manner.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills required.
- Well versed in reading, writing and speaking English language.
