What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales and Marketing Coordinator position at Aerospace Marketing Group?
We are looking for a sales / marketing coordinator to assist with entering contracts, and perform phone-based customer account calls. THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION and ideal for a recent college graduate. The ideal candidate will not be afraid to pick up the phone and make calls with pro active calling campaigns. We would prefer the candidate to be tech savvy with use of Microsoft Office and a Sales Management database like ACT. This is preferred but not required. The candidate will be taught how to use A to Z tradeshow software and also Saleforce. Ability to use Excel to update customer records with sales statistics and notes will also be required. In addition, the ideal person will also assist us with agency work including LinkedIn management and other marketing initiatives.
We are a B to B conference sales and marketing, advertising and database company representing the aviation / aerospace industry. The company handles all aspects of exhibit sales for trade shows globally for a large public company - trade shows are located in the United States, Europe, Latin America, Middle East and Asia. We also represent aerospace information database tools which includes industry trends, news, research and forecasts. In addition, we handle advertising sales for print, digital and marketing services clients.
