Aerospace Systems & Components, Inc. (ASC) designs, develops, and manufactures various fluid control components, including butterfly valves, gate valves, solenoid valves, check valves, pressure and vacuum regulators, and other miscellaneous items. ASC was founded in Wichita more than 54 years ago and now provides product internationally to most of the major aviation manufacturers in the commercial and military markets. ASC has been steadily growing by offering new and innovative product to meet the demand of the latest aviation technologies.
ASC has an immediate opportunity for a Project Engineer to design and develop new products and support any applicable sustaining of current designs as required.
Job Title : Project Engineer
Reports to : Engineering Manager
Shift : Full Time – First Shift
Job Role
The Project Engineer is responsible for the design activities throughout the product development phase. This includes interpreting and understanding customer requirements, conceptualize design solutions, modeling and drafting engineering drawings, and generating design analysis / substantiation reports.
Job Tasks
- Design and development of new products
- Stress and fatigue analysis of new or sustaining products.
- Writing or checking of product development test plans.
- Oversight of product development tests.
- Development and oversight of product failure analysis evaluations.
- Interaction with customers and suppliers as required.
Education / Skill Requirements

ITAR regulations require applicant must be U.S. Citizen or legal permanent resident.
