Executive Support
• Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings with management staff and other stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between management and the CEO to ensure seamless communication and follow-up on tasks.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and track action items to completion.
• Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other tools as needed.
• Assist with project management, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
Administrative & HR Functions
• Support HR duties, such as managing employee records, assisting with onboarding, and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Coordinate and oversee office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining organization.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry in QuickBooks, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts.
• Prepare and organize financial reports or documentation as needed.
Personal Support
• Organize and coordinate personal business matters, such as scheduling appointments and managing household logistics.
• Run occasional errands and provide general support for personal tasks.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
