The Customer Account Specialist must be energetic, a self-starter for a full-time inside sales position where customer service skills are a must. The incumbent must have good telephone communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills to communicate with customers, office personnel and technicians. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment that handles aircraft component repair and overhaul. Will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with attention to detail regarding product consistency, quality, and delivery.

General requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- The minimum educational requirement for the Customer Account Specialist is an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2 years Aviation Sales/Customer Service experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft parts and technology a plus
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge required.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
- Ability to meet strict schedules and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Complete a background check and drug screen with results acceptable to management.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office environments is advantageous. Duties:
- Provide timely status updates to internal and external customers.
- Communicate effectively and professionally via phone, email, or in person.
- Create customer quotes, sales orders, and review work orders in accordance with agreed timescales.
- Coordinate pick tickets to parts room.
- Respond accurately and promptly to inquiries, complaints and requests from customers
- Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries. Complaints or comments.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Create packing documentation and issue shipping details to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records
