Business Operations sits at the intersection of strategy, operations and finance and plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. This role involves analyzing business trends and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Strategic Planning Support: Assist in the development of business strategies by providing data-driven insights and supporting operational planning initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across departments (e.g., Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT) to identify and address operational challenges.
- Project Coordination: Support project management efforts by gathering requirements, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely execution of initiatives.
- Operational Metrics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and track progress toward organizational goals.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, investment banking, operations, or a related role
- Demonstrated excellent project management skills with ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working across teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the technology, cloud services, or SaaS industry
