AeroStar is looking to hire a full time Enrollment Representative for our Aviation Flight Training School. You will be in charge of following up on leads, enrolling students, and assisting other enrollment criteria. Base salary will be provided along with a commission structure based on sales. The ideal candidate must possess both aviation and sales knowledge. The duties below are to support sales, retention, and overall growth of the company. Requirements and Job Related Skills
- Flight School experience is preferred
- Prior sales / enrollments experience preferred
- Customer focused; ability to work effectively with various teams throughout the company.
- Good organization skills; ability to manage multiple projects, activities, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills; ability to effectively present ideas, both verbally and visually.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
