Job Duties
Aeroteams is now hiring a Lead to manage a team of Entry Level Mechanics in Marana, AZ.
Job Duties:
- Will need to have strong leadership skills and experience as a Lead or Supervisor.
- Will need to manage a team of mixed skill level technicians from entry level to stand alone.
- Must be able to attend management meetings and represent Aeroteams with a high level of professionalism.
- Must have an A&P license

- Must have an A&P license
- Must have a valid drivers’ license
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and strict criminal background check
- Must have some leadership or training experience
- Must have a customer service mindset
