About the Role:
Aerothreads is a fast-growing company in the Aerospace industry that specializes in the design, fabrication, and installation of Multi-Layer Insulation (MLI) blankets. We are seeking a Pricing Analyst and Scheduler to
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years experience in customer success, project management, or related role within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs.
- Experience working with government and commercial contracts (NASA, DoD, ESA, commercial space).
Responsibilities:
PROPOSAL MANAGEMENT:
- Initiate and own the Discovery meeting with new clients. Engage Aerothreads technical, contracts, and engineering teams, if required.
- Verify all required documents and contracts are in place and executed to move forward with Design phase.
- Read and review all RFQ and RFP docuements to ensure clear understanding of requests.
ESTIMATING:
- Support the design process meetings with technical, engineering, and other team support, as needed.
- Develop a clear understanding of scope of the effort requested.
- Manage quote design timelines and delivery expectations internally and externally.
- Ensure CAD quote design package is developed in accordance with Aerothread standards.
SCHEDULING
- Support new business quote development process using Aerothreads estimating tool.
- Input design data into tool for MLI cout/shipset quantities, bulk layup information, materials information as required in the Spec or SOW.
- Support labor hours estimating and deliver preliminary estimate to management.
OTHER DUTIES:
- Update quote tracking tool.
- Maintain all required documents throughout the estimating process.
- Support BD pipeline tracking after quote is submitted.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
