We are seeking a self-motivated team player to join our team as an Inventory and Shipping Specialist - multi-faceted role that includes the coordination of the stockroom, picking stock for assembly line, preparing outgoing orders for shipment each day using third party shipping software. Perform daily receiving of incoming goods.
Able to work autonomously or with little direct supervision within a team environment, follow detailed work instructions and complete documentation to AS9100 Aerospace quality standards. Self motivation, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a desire to exceed our customers' expectations are keys to success in this position.
Essential Responsibilities

- Pull parts from inventory per work instructions for production assembly, paying particular attention to lot numbers, quantities, and remaining stock, using company ERP system.
- Performs daily shipping using UPS, DHL, and FedEx software.
- Accurately picks customer orders and packs accordingly.
- Perform routine and standard tasks with minimal assistance
- Manages inventory levels in the stockroom by cycle counts and methods.
- Unpacks inbound inventory safely and moves products to storage locations
- Follow pick lists to pull proper parts and consume in MRP.
- Participate in team stand-ups
- Assist in fostering an innovative environment through collaboration and idea sharing that promote continue improvement.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Follow company and government safety policies and standards.
- Adheres to requirements of AS9100 / ISO9001 and maintains procedures and work instructions to satisfy these requirements.
