AREA SUPERVISOR - Position Description
REPORTS TO: Director of Operations
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To effectively lead Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers toward the attainment of agreed-upon goals and profits.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct Daily Business Reviews
2. Check schedules for each restaurant every week
3. Perform Basic inspections to teach / coach people how to properly run restaurants
4. Maintain a bench of outstanding operators through the effective training
5. Check Weekly and Period paperwork to ensure that all controls are in place and being used consistently and effectively and that all reported numbers are accurate.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food service management, with a minimum two years of multi-unit experience
- Proven track record of successfully leading and supervising teams in a hospitality or restaurant setting
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage people effectively and ensure smooth restaurant operations
