Responsibilities
- Perform laser treatments for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other aesthetic procedures.
- Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained according to safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Assist clients with pre-treatment consultations to determine their needs and expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and client progress using salon software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and safety protocols related to laser technology.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, body waxing, hair threading, and nail care is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices in a beauty or wellness setting.
- Proficient in using salon software for scheduling and record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
