Aesthetic Center of New Jersey has an opening for a full time, experienced medical spa front desk/guest services agent to serve as our patients' first point of contact and manage their experience at our aesthetic center. If you are organized, friendly and have excellent communication skills we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Greet, check in, and check out patients and guests.
- Answer questions regarding treatments and technologies in detail.
- Assist guests and accommodate their requests.
- Answer phone calls and follow up with patients via phone and/or email.
- Schedule appointments in-person and by phone or email.
- Keep accurate records and maintain an organized environment.
- Track inventory and ordering of supplies and products.
- Communicate with employees, providers, and management to optimize customer service and ensure smooth operation of the aesthetic center.
- Contribute to social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook).
- Record, organize, create, and edit content (photos and videos) for social media accounts.
Requirements
- Should have experience working in a medspa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice.
- Must be interested in learning about and educating patients about aesthetics. Bonus points for existing knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
