Medspa Patient Experience Manager

Aesthetic Center of New Jersey has expanded to a second location on the border of Basking Ridge & Warren, NJ and has an opening for a full time Patient Experience Manager to serve as our patients' first point of contact and manage their experience at our aesthetic center. Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and check out patients and guests.
• Answer questions regarding treatments and technologies in detail.
• Assist guests and accommodate their requests.
• Answer phone calls and follow up with patients via phone and/or email.
• Schedule appointments in-person and by phone or email.
• Keep accurate records and maintain an organized environment.
• Track inventory and ordering of supplies and products.
• Communicate with employees, providers, and management to optimize customer service and ensure smooth operation of the aesthetic center.
• Contribute to social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook).
• Record, organize, create, and edit content (photos and videos) for social media accounts.

Requirements

• Should have experience working in a medspa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice.
• Must be interested in learning about and educating patients about aesthetics. Bonus points for existing knowledge.

Note: Compensation is flexible and commensurate with relevant skills and experience.
