Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team! This role will be responsible for managing our digital presence, driving brand awareness, and executing marketing initiatives to attract and retain clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in content creation, and passionate about the beauty and aesthetics industry.
Responsibilities: Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and post high-quality content, including images, videos, reels, and stories that align with brand identity.
- Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and customer inquiries to foster community engagement.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to increase engagement and reach.
Marketing & Brand Development:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation and scheduling.
- Collaborate with the team to create digital and print marketing materials, such as flyers, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Support the coordination of in-house events and partnerships with influencers, vendors, and brand ambassadors.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or a related role (preferably in the beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industry).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and branding.
- Proficiency in content creation, including photography, videography, and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with email marketing platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
