Responsibilities

• Knowledge and skills to perform Injectable treatments
• Understanding of professional products within the MedSpa
• Knowledge of proper consent and treatment protocols
• Interacts cooperatively with other MedSpa team members to provide a seamless guest experience
• Present a warm, gracious, and professional persona toward guests and co-workers
• Adhere to high professional image standards such as dress, grooming, language, and lifestyle
• Practice the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentations
• Actively builds repeat clientele
• Attend and participate in all general and team meetings
• Assist the MedSpa team whenever asked
• Maintain treatment suites/rooms in compliance with sanitation requirements
• Attend all in-house training and commit to outside continuing education; including but not limited to appropriate state licensure
• Participate in all aspects of marketing/special event planning and execution
• Mentor new team members to help them grow and thrive
• Complete daily checklist of cleaning obligations and abides by all county, state, and local laws and regulations regarding sanitation, cleanliness, and safety
• Adheres to work schedule and has a good work ethic
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude
• Sets and achieves goals and targets
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Valid Medical License: Possess a current and unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Florida.
• Experience in Core Medical Aesthetics: Demonstrate a strong foundation in performing core medical aesthetic services, including injectables (Botox, fillers), lasers, IPL, skin tightening, and micro-needling.
• Interest in Expanding Services: Exhibit an eagerness to learn and offer new and innovative services, such as wellness treatments, to meet the evolving needs of our clientele.
• Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Effectively communicate with patients, colleagues, and vendors, both verbally and in writing. Maintain organized records and manage schedules efficiently.
• Passion for Aesthetics: Possess a genuine passion for the aesthetics industry and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
• Driven and Self-Motivated: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, initiative, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Customer Service and Leadership: Deliver exceptional customer service, create a positive patient experience, and exhibit leadership qualities with effective communication and motivation skills.
• Adaptable and Detail-Oriented: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing needs. Pay close attention to detail and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.
