We are looking for a dedicated and talented Full-Time Aesthetic Injector to become part of our team. In this essential role, you will administer a range of cosmetic injectables, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
Requirements
- Possess a current and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Virginia.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aesthetic nursing
- Demonstrate a strong foundation in performing core medical aesthetic services, including injectables (Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm fillers, Restylane fillers, Sculptra)
- Exhibit an eagerness to learn and offer new and innovative services to meet the evolving needs of our patients.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in medical aesthetics through ongoing education and professional development.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate client records
- Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Works collaboratively as part of a team.
- Respectful towards patients and co-workers. Empathetic to patient needs and concerns.
- Excellent customer service and consultative skills
- Knowledge of electronic health records and thorough documentation skills

- Deliver best-in-class cosmetic injectable treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
- Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Cross-sell procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result
- Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies
- Achieve daily/ weekly/ monthly individual service goals.
