Your Responsibilities

In this fully onsite role at our San Juan Capistrano location, you’ll:

• Perform consultations with new and existing patients, building strong, lasting relationships by understanding their aesthetic goals, leading to repeat clientele and referrals
• Perform injectable treatments (neurotoxins, fillers, and more) with precision and artistry
• Educate patients on products and services, ensuring informed decisions and exceptional outcomes
• Maintain pristine treatment rooms and follow safety/sanitation standards and complete daily checklist of cleaning
• Mentor new team members to promote culture of growth, development, and engagement
• Collaborate with the wider Dermacare team to deliver seamless, best-class experiences
• Attend staff meetings, in-house training and commit to outside continuing education, including but not limited to appropriate state licensure
• Participate with planning, execution and attend marketing and special events
  
  

Your Qualifications & Experience

• Hold an active NP/APRN/PA License
• Valid HIPAA and OSHA certifications
• Hold Injectables Special skills/Certifications (preferred)
• Experience with aesthetic injectables in a MedSpa or clinical aesthetic setting
• Communicate clearly and confidently with patients and peers
• Passionate about the art of aesthetics and committed to ongoing growth and development, staying knowledgeable on products and treatments
• Able to multi-task and thrive in high-energy and fast-paced environments with good organizational skills and follow-through
• Demonstrate strong leadership, motivational, and inspirational skills
• Bring a polished, positive, professional, and driven demeanor to everything you do
