BASE + COMMISSION Outside Sales Representative

Aesthetic Roofing is actively hiring to our Outside Sales Representative team! As a sales representative, you’ll work in a simple, streamlined door-to-door sales process to engage with members of the community and continue developing valuable sales, marketing and advertising skills all while earning $6k-$12k per month OTE! You’ll be primarily responsible for identifying old, worn and damaged residential roofing and conducting preliminary sales process by either setting or closing deals with homeowner.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• A willingness to learn new skills and processes
• Prior experience in sales/CRM management is a plus
• Prior door to door sales and/or roofing experience is desirable but not required
• The ability to self-assess and identify opportunities for growth and development
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• A positive contribution to other members of the team

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify worn and damaged roofing in pre-selected residential areas and engage with homeowners in a door-to-door marketing capacity
• Conduct the benefits of Roof Rejuvenation
• Assess homeowner needs and best course of action, to setting or closing the deal
• Guide homeowner through project implementation process and sign corresponding project agreements
