Position Summary
As an Aesthetic Roofing Customer Success Representative starting at $18 per hour, depending on experience, you will be assigned to customer accounts at various stages in the restoration journey and will be responsible for maintaining proactive job status communication and assisting final invoice collections within those accounts. Your success will be determined by the relationships you create with external customers, as well as the collaborative value you bring to the team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain open and proactive lines of communication with assigned customer accounts, providing critical job status updates and assisting customers with needs that may arise.
- Assist in gathering customer reviews and testimonials as jobs are completed
- Assist administrative leaders in updating customer files where necessary
- Develop positive working relationships with customers
- Function as a link between Aesthetic Roofing operations teams and customers to ensure all communication is clear and consistent

Job Requirements
- Must be able to reliable commute or be willing to relocate to South Jordan, UT.
- Must be able to work in-office from 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday with potential to work towards a hybrid/remote position.
- Must be comfortable and capable using cloud-based technology systems such as G-Suite, Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Must be comfortable and capable of both written and verbal communication.
- Experience in B2C customer service is strongly encouraged but not required.
- English/Spanish Bilingual is strongly encouraged but not required.
- Must have valid drivers license and be authorized to work in the U.S.
