Position Summary
As an Aesthetic Roofing Project Manager earning a starting annual base salary of $48K-$50K, you will be assigned new customer accounts following sales close, and will become the primary point of contact for those customers through the remainder of their build. You will be responsible for conducting an on-site roof inspection to document all present damage and structural anomalies in preparation for a meeting with the field adjuster from each customer's respective insurance carrier. Upon receipt of a full insurance approval, you will be responsible for conducting design planning meetings with each customer to finalize color choices and any upgrade options we make available to them. Working closely with our Customer Service team, you will relay information to each assigned customer regarding job status updates and to gather any supporting documentation needed. As a function of this role, you will also work closely with our Estimating team to perform asphalt shingle repairability tests and/or make repair attempts when necessary to secure full approvals from carriers. Your success in this role will be determined by 1.) Your ability to establish positive working relationships with customer and insurance adjusters, 2.) Your ability to accurately and consistently communicate with homeowners, giving them a sense of ease and comfort throughout the roof replacement process and 3.) Your ability to demonstrate excellence in organization and attention to detail across each facet of your role.
Compensation Overview:
- Starting base salary of $48,000 - $50,000 / year, depending on experience

Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all customer and carrier interactions, documenting every update and job status change
- Conduct accurate damage report inspections to review with homeowners and submit to carriers.
- Communicate consistently and effectively with insurance carrier representatives to ensure claims move forward and that all necessary funding approvals are attained.
- Manage all current and active job-in-progress files and communicate relevant updates to Production teams
- Ensure Certificate of Completion (COC) is signed and submitted at the close of each install
- Maintain accurate and open lines of communication between all involved parties, ensuring no details are left unattended
- Plan daily routes efficiently
- Qualify each filed claim for legitimacy and communicate any errors or discrepancies to Estimating teams
- Receive material deliveries on-site and ensure excess materials are returned to supplier warehouses following the completion of each assigned job.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to South Jordan, Utah
- Must be available during the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday, and occasionally on Saturdays as customer inspection availability dictates
- Must be familiar with roofing systems and structural design components
- Prior roofing or roof estimating is strongly recommended
- Must have a working knowledge of cloud-based technology systems such as Google Workspace, calendars, and various CRM systems
- Experience in B2C customer service is strongly encouraged but not required
- Must have a valid drivers license and a clean motor vehicle history
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
