AESTHETIC NURSE INJECTOR

Juvenessence Medical Aesthetics is an established Medical Spa with an emphasis on nonsurgical cosmetic procedures including wrinkle relaxers, dermal and lip fillers, skin rejuvenation, microneedling, chemical peels, body contouring, laser hair removal, hair restoration, and anti-agin skin care products .

We have an immediate opening for two part-time Aesthetic Nurse Injectors to join our thriving practice. We are looking for new team members to be part of our family. We are committed to excellence in business performance, office culture, and patient satisfaction.

JOB SUMMARY:

This candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a cosmetic injector. We seek an experienced, competent injector that has aesthetic sales experience. The successful team member who enjoys people, social media, social events, is a brand enthusiast and big picture thinker who can help develop and grow our brand.

Aesthetic Nurse skills and qualifications

• Create treatment plans for each injectable consultation/appointment
• Offer friendly and professional consultations, educate patients to choose treatment plans with recommended services and products
• Build Med Spa within practice to develop and maintain patient retention
• Create business plan with assistance from the General Manager to increase the injectable department and med spa services including social media and marketing
• Provide the highest quality treatments and results
• Maintain patient retention with injectables
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients
• Call patients to provide pre- and post-treatment instructions
• Follow-up phone calls to patients pre / post treatments to introduce yourself and answer any questions
• Perform injectable treatments for facial issues using neurotoxins and
• Stay current with any new and/or changes within the industry
• Report treatment results to supervising doctor including any adverse reactions
• Ensure correct protocol for reporting adverse reactions
• Provide accurate charting and clinical documentation
• Chart and document each treatment
• Meet or exceed productivity goals individually and as a group, while serving the patient at the highest level
• Work in establishing monthly/quarterly goal with Practice Manager
• Knowledgeable and interested in the current trends and aesthetic treatments
• Knowledgeable about various med spa services, laser, and skincare
• Develop strong relationships with Allergan and Galderma reps, including loyalty programs
• Product sales experience

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Social Media monitoring
• Create plan of action for monthly sales goals
• Marketing Outreach
• Client Development
• Learn new techniques

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2–3 years experience as a Cosmetic Injector with Allergan, Merz, and Galderma products is required
• Maintain current state license
• Self-starter
• Signed 2 year non-compete agreement
• Verbal communication skills to interact with other health care professionals and provide clear instructions to patients
• Attentiveness to detail to perform procedures correctly and update records accurately
• Ability to use the tools and equipment necessary to perform procedures
• Familiarity with patient records management software
• Ability to remain upright for long periods during procedures
