Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Patient Engagement:
- Create a warm, welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
- Efficiently manage appointment scheduling and patient calendars.

- Assist patients with completing required forms and documentation.
Insurance Coordination:
- Secure and track surgical authorizations from insurance providers.

Billing & Administrative Support:
- Prepare and submit medical billing and insurance claims with accuracy.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain organized and confidential patient records and charts.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
