AET Federal Inc is urgently seeking a creative, detail-oriented and experienced SharePoint Developer to join an energetic and versatile team responsible for addressing the requirements, engineering, installation and operations / maintenance of a customer communication system. The developer will work with a team of individuals to support a large internal SharePoint site for collaboration, document sharing and event management purposes. The developer will work with the latest SharePoint version to meet the customer’s needs. Position is located in Frederick, MD area and is on-site.
Security Requirements :
Must have a Tier 3 (T3) - formerly (National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) investigation IAW the FIS and must obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance prior to performing work on this task order.
Must have an active SECRET clearance - verification is required!
Must have a valid CompTIA Sec Certification - verification is required! (Or willing to get one prior to start date)
Must have completed Cyber Security and Information Technology (IT) Training
Must comply with DoD and Army training requirements in DoD 8570.1
SharePoint Administrator Requirements :
SharePoint expertise
Experienced SharePoint multi-server production farm administrator
Experienced SharePoint software developer
Able to administer Windows Server, Internet Information Server, and SQL Server.
Extensive legacy on premises SharePoint expertise, but should also have some experience developing Power Automate Flows, and PowerBI reports based on SharePoint and JSON data sources.
Key skills should include as many of the following as possible.
Meaningful experience configuring, maintaining, and applying DISA STIG Internet Information Server and SharePoint
SQL Server Database Administration experience, familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio, SharePoint RDBMS requirements, database recovery models and backup methods
SharePoint multi-server farm design-builds, deployments, and sustainment administration.
PowerShell expertise and experience using PowerShell (client and server side) for SharePoint administration.
Experience with AvePoint DocAve.
Seasoned front-end development skills to include modern JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, REST, and Angular.
SharePoint API C#.Net solution development (Web Parts, Event Receivers, Timer Jobs, Workflow Actions).
Customer support skills involving SharePoint requirements gathering, AGILE development, and production troubleshooting.
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, or other closely related discipline and 5 years of SharePoint experience along with relevant certifications (SharePoint Administrator or Developer Certification and Azure Cloud Development Certification)
