Position title : Salesforce Senior Developer Tech lead Location : Englewood, CO (Hybrid) Duration : 5 Months Contract Primary Skills Java Job Description We are seeking Salesforce Experience Cloud Tech Lead with 6 years to design, develop, and implement scalable Experience Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and integration patterns. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions while ensuring best practices and high performance. Required Skills - Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) – 5 years of hands-on experienceApex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS – Strong development experienceSalesforce APIs & Integrations – REST / SOAP, OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO)Declarative Customizations – Flows, Process Builder, Validation RulesCI / CD & DevOps – Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, GitHub (any 2 of this)Security Best Practices – Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing RulesAgile & Scrum Methodology – Working in Agile teamsKnowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies, with experience in working in Agile development teams.Salesforce Clouds - Experience with Sales, Service Cloud Certifications : Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I Job Duties - 1. Solution Design & ArchitectureLead the design and architecture of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.Develop Experience Cloud sites, ensuring seamless user experience and performance.Create scalable and reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) and templates.Define governance models and security best practices for portals and external user access.2. Development & CustomizationCustomize Salesforce Experience Cloud using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and Flow.Develop and maintain Experience Cloud themes, branding, and navigation.Implement workflows, validation rules, and automation using Flows and Process Builder.Integrate Experience Cloud with third-party systems via REST / SOAP APIs, Middleware (Mulesoft, Boomi, etc, and Salesforce Connect.3. Stakeholder & Team CollaborationCollaborate with business analysts, designers, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Provide technical leadership to junior developers, conducting code reviews and best practice sessions.Work with Salesforce Administrators to optimize performance and security.4. Testing & DeploymentImplement CI / CD pipelines for automated deployments using Copado, Gearset, or Git-based workflows.Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, and data integrity.5. Support & Continuous ImprovementProvide post-go-live support and troubleshoot Experience Cloud issues.Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.Optimize SEO and accessibility for Experience Cloud pages.
