Position Summary:
As an Assistant Manager at AETHER Apparel, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our presence in Park City. You’ll support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Assist in achieving and exceeding store sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, emphasizing personalized service and product expertise.
- Team Management:
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team.
- Provide leadership and motivation to ensure team alignment with AETHER’s values and goals.
- Store Operations:
- Help manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Customer Engagement:
- Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing in-depth knowledge of AETHER products and their applications.
- Foster a welcoming and inspiring shopping environment.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in luxury retail or sales leadership.
- Strong knowledge of the ski and snowboard industry and a genuine passion for outdoor activities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
